Status Meetings are carried out amongst the Project Manager, Team Lead and the onsite team for discussing the progress and sorting out issues if any. The frequency is fortnightly to start with and then weekly

Place ware Meetings/ Net Meetings
These are carried out between Onsite QA team with offshore developers and QA. Thorough Documentation is carried out for

• Change Control
• Bug Reporting and Status

FTP
This is an alternative means of transferring code/documents between offshore team and the parent team, if convenient to the client.

Working Timings

• Normal working timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm
• Offshore projects: Flexi timings – As per the project requirement.
