I.S. Paul, the Chairman of the company is also the Managing Director of Drish Shoes Limited. He is a Masters in Chemistry and an MBA in International Business and Finance from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland. Drish Shoes Ltd. is nineteen-year-old organization exporting leather, shoe uppers and shoes to Germany, Italy, Spain, England Singapore, and China. It has five units spread over Nalagarh (HP) and Panchkula (HARYANA). It has achieved a turnover crossing Rs. 1 Billion in the financial year ending 2006-2007. Mr. Paul has served on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Patiala. He has been the Chairman, Chandigarh chapter of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for three years and was the President for TIE Chandigarh Chapter for the year 2005-06, 2006-2007, 2007-08.

Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar, the Vice Chairman of Drish Infotech Ltd. has been heading Case Computers for the past 25 years. He has Masters Degree in Engineering and also Operations Research qualifications. He is an ex-IBM employee and has 30 years of experience in software consulting and development, training, exports and IT enabled services. He has been consultant to many private and government organizations for IT and has implemented tailor made IT solutions for over 100 companies. He has been involved in implementing large volume Data Processing and Back Office projects for the local market. He is presently on board of directors of Punjab Health Systems Corporation, a World Bank funded project. He is also a member of TIE – Chandigarh chapter.

Harshvir Singh Jaspal

Harshvir Singh Jaspal, The Managing Director, is a Masters in Computer Applications and an MBA has a total of 19 years experience including software development and implementation and data processing in Punjab Tractors Limited and Drish Shoes Limited. He has been involved in designing local area networks, systems designing and implementing various business applications. Currently he heads the overall operations of the company with a focus on Business Development. He is currently the Secretary of TIE – Chandigarh chapter. He was also the President (2006-07) of Rotary Chandigarh Shivalik (www.rotaryshivalik.com).

naresh batra

Naresh Batra is part of Executive Management team of Drish Infotech. Based in Silicon Valley California, Naresh heads up the North American Semiconductor Engineering Practice for TATA Consultancy Services. He has over 30 years high technology experience in Semiconductors, Communications & Networking in large companies as well as guiding companies from start-up to significant revenue. Naresh spent 11 years at Texas Instruments in various executive positions; 5 years as Vice President and GM at Brooktree (now Conexant), the company that he took public as part of the company management team and 2 years as Vice President & GM of Sierra Semiconductor (now PMC sierra). He turned into a serial entrepreneur and has started 3 high tech companies in the Silicon Valley, since1996. Naresh holds BSEE, MSEE and MBA degrees. From 1996-98, he was Chairman, Scientific Advisory Committee of IMSC, USC Los angles. He is Charter member of TiE. Naresh has published many papers and articles over his lifetime. He is inventor of 12 patents.

Chaand Kackria, a Masters in statistics from Punjab University, has more than 16 years of experience in Project Management, Leading team of Professionals, Designing developing and implementing software projects using ORACLE 8, 8i, 10g, Oracle Forms and reports mainly in commercial establishments, Financial Institutions. Has good knowledge of almost all the functional areas of a manufacturing unit viz. Finance, Materials, Inventory, Production, Excise, Personnel, Sales & marketing etc. Besides having the ability to manage people and projects, having debugging and data base management skills and have been handling multiple projects at a time.
