Drish Infotech has, in the area of IT enabled services, undertaken the following projects

• Medical Transcription
  In this area, we already have trained manpower and have a contract from three companies. Having started production in April - May 2001 with 1500 lines/day, we are presently doing 12000 lines per day. We have a present staff of 30 MT/QAs and can ramp upto 18000 lines/day. Our clients in USA demand 98.5% accuracy level, and one of them ensures this by certifying the Medical Transcriptionists doing their job.

• BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS
  We have undertaken a job for the Punjab government Excise department where we are providing the facility and managing the border entry point Information Collection Centers. This involves a 24 hour X 365 days operation whereby we collect details about the commodity being transported in and out of Punjab. The application has been developed by us as well to increase the tax compliance. As a result, Punjab government revenue along with other measures has increased by around Rs. 800 crores in a single year.
